AEW Rampage (4/12/2024).

  • Excalibur, Tony Schiavone & Chris Jericho welcomed the audience to the broadcast before transitioning into the opening match. 
  • Orange Cassidy def. Alex Reynolds (w/ John Silver) via Pinfall (Orange Punch).
    • Renee Paquette was about to interview Orange Cassidy, but Trent Berretta interrupted. Chuck Taylor got in the ring and confronted Trent.
  • Anna Jay was interviewed by Alex Marvez, where she threw a tantrum at Toni Storm, Mariah May & Mina Shirakawa. AZM appeared and agreed that all three of them were stupid. 
  • TBS Championship Match: Julia Hart (c) def. Leyla Hirsch via Pinfall (Inside Cradle).
  • Don Callis, Kyle Fletcher & Powerhouse Hobbs cut a promo backstage, where Callis promised that Hobbs & Fletcher would wear down Danielson on AEW Collision.
  • Zak Knight (w/ Saraya & Harley Cameron) def. Angelo Parker via Pinfall (Running Jab).
  • Kyle O’Reilly spoke with Rocky Romero backstage, where he told Romero that he wanted a bout against him whenever he was available. Romero appreciated the compliments and said that he would give O’Reilly would give him a shot at the title. Roderick Strong then confronted O’Reilly for wanting the title, and O’Reilly responded by saying that it would be cool if he got a shot at the belt. Strong said that he respected if he tried to get hold of a title, just as long as it did not involve him. 
  • There was a video package promoting the match between Will Ospreay & Claudio Castagnoli for the 4/17 edition of AEW Dynamite
  • Jay White (w/ Colten Gunn & Austin Gunn) def Matt Sydal via Pinfall (Blade Runner).
