AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door 2024 Will Not Emanate From Arthur Ashe Stadium In Queens, New York

News regarding the upcoming AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door 2024.

It was previously reported that AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door 2024 was going to potentially be held in Arthur Ashe Stadium in Queens, New York. However, it appears that any potential plans for that are now off the table.

Andrew Zarian on the first-ever edition of Beyond the Bell on Fightful, reported that Forbidden Door is no longer planned for the tennis stadium. It was stated that more information would be shared in about a week’s time when there was more concrete information about where the event would be held in the NYC area.

The first AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door emanated from the United Center in Chicago, Illinois in 2022. In 2023, the second Forbidden Door event occurred live in Toronto at the Scotiabank Arena.
