Triple H Believes Netflix Would Be Interested In PLEs When Peacock Deal Expires

Triple H comments on WWE-Netflix deal.

In January, WWE and Netflix announced that WWE Raw would be moving to Netflix in January 2025. It will mark the first time Raw is off cable television and new venture for Netflix was they get involved in weekly live sports.

Appearing on ImPAULsive with Logan Paul, Triple H was asked if Netflix might be interested in more WWE programming than just Raw.

“I think, at the end of the day, it would seem odd to me for them to say, ‘We want Raw, that’s it. We’re good.’ That doesn’t seem to be how they do business. I think at some point down the road, when SmackDown comes up, is that something of interest to them? Down the road, when the PLEs come up on Peacock, that’s probably something of interest to them. It makes for interesting times and a really promising future,” he said.

WWE’s deal with Peacock expires in March 2026. WWE signed a five-year deal to bring SmackDown to USA when its current deal with Fox expires at the end of September.

Elsewhere during the interview, Triple H gave an update on the 2024 WWE Draft. You can find his full comments by clicking here.
