Adam Copeland: There’s Been A Lot Of Negative BS Spewed; There Are Positives In Wrestling, AEW Should Be Celebrated

Adam Copeland wants to focus on the positives.

Adam Copeland opened up the April 3rd episode of AEW Dynamite, got past some feedback issues, and addressed the “negative BS” that has been spewed this week. Copeland didn’t directly name any names, but a former AEW talent said many negative things about the company and Tony Khan on Monday.

Copeland said he wanted to focus on the positives because there are a lot of positives in pro wrestling. Copeland said he watched everything from WWE to Stampede to NWA growing up. He then focused on his career, saying he realized he needed to end his career in AEW because of the talent on the roster. He said he’d put the AEW locker room up against anyone.

Copeland said he has a lot of friends in the industry who call him and say, “Adam, you look like you’re having a blast,” and confirmed he is having a blast. He said this is the most fun he’s had in his entire career and that he celebrates AEW, the men who started AEW including The Young Bucks, Kenny Omega, Cody Rhodes, and Tony Khan.

He said AEW has pushed the industry and everyone into a better place, and that should be celebrated.

“AEW makes pro wrestling better. AEW makes pro wrestling more fun. AEW is where the best wrestle,” he stated.

Copeland is the reigning AEW TNT Champion.
