Heather Hardy Returning At Bellator 185
Female boxing star Heather Hardy made a successful transition to MMA when she made her pro MMA debut with a TKO win over Alice Yauger at Bellator 180.
The boxing star is ready for a return to the cage and that is going to be taking place in a few short months at Bellator 185.
Hardy made the actual announcement herself during an appearance on The MMA Hour.
Although Hardy is having her sophomore effort in the cage at Bellator 185, there is no opponent named yet for her to fight. Bellator MMA officials are expected to name an opponent for Hardy to battle in the coming days.
This is just another big name addition to the Bellator 185 card, which already has King Mo facing former Bellator MMA Light Heavyweight Champion Liam McGeary and Gegard Mousasi making his promotional debut against former Bellator MMA Middleweight Champion Alexander Shlemenko.
During her run as a professional boxer the undefeated Hardy won all twenty of her bouts, with all of them taking place in the state of New York. She'll be alternating between boxing and MMA fights moving forward.
Bellator 185 takes place on Friday, October 20 from the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut with Gegard Mousasi and Alexander Shlemenko headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which airs live on Spike TV.
