Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is considering two famous running mates.
According to NBC News, Independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is considering New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers and former Minnesota Governor Jesse Ventura as potential running mates.
“He’s considering Aaron Rodgers and Jesse Ventura as running mates along with others on a short list,” a spokesperson for the Kennedy campaign said Tuesday. “No other details available.”
Ventura was elected governor of Minnesota in 1998 and served one term. Rodgers has no political background but has won a Super Bowl.
Ventura was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2004. Rodgers has won four NFL MVP awards.
