Here is your fight size update for WWE Friday Night SmackDown and AEW Rampage on Friday, March 1, 2024.

WWE SmackDown

– Bron Breakker defeated Xyon Quinn in a very short match.

– Naomi faced Tiffany Stratton, and Stratton scored the win.

– The Rock challenged Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins to face him and Roman Reigns at WWE WrestleMania 40.

– Jade Cargill appeared and briefly confronted WWE Women’s Champion IYO SKY.

– The Rock acknowledged Roman Reigns.

– Dakota Kai returned to the ring, as she and Bayley faced the Kabuki Warriors (Asuka and Kairi Sane). Kai turned on Bayley and aligned with Damage CTRL. 

– Carlito faced Santos Escobar in a Street Fight. The LWO and Legado del Fantasma both got involved. Rey Mysterio returned and helped Carlito score the win. 

– LA Knight made it clear that he wanted revenge on AJ Styles.

– Kevin Owens joined the commentary team for the main event match between Austin Theory and Randy Orton. Orton scored the win, and Owens made the save when Grayson Waller attacked Orton after the bell.

– Nick Aldis teased an announcement about the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship.

– Bron Breakker commented on his win.

– Dakota Kai had a one-word comment on her actions.

– Santos Escobar vowed to end Rey Mysterio.

– Bobby Lashley and Karrion Kross traded heated messages.

AEW Rampage

– Magnus commented on his win in his AEW debut. He noted that it was a big moment that put him on the map, and he thanked Tony Khan and AEW.

 

– Ruby Soho and Angelo Parker were about to go on their date. Saraya distracted them as Zak Knight attacked Parker.

 

– Riho defeated Trish Adora in her return to AEW.

– Willow Nightingale and Kris Statlander will face Julia Hart and Skye Blue at AEW Revolution: Zero Hour.

– Fans will hear from Chris Jericho and Wardlow on the March 2 episode of AEW Collision.

– Magnus qualified for the All-Star Eight-Man Scramble at AEW Revolution, as he defeated Matt Sydal.

– The AEW Women’s World Championship match between Toni Storm and Deonna Purrazzo was highlighted in a video package.

– Claudio Castagnoli defeated Rugido. Castagnoli hit him below the belt after the bell.

– Lance Archer and The Righteous (Vincent and Dutch) scored a dominant win against  Anaya, Luke Langley & Vaught.

– A video package highlighted AEW World Champion Samoa Joe and the three-way title match at AEW Revolution.
