New Japan Pro-Wrestling announced that Hiroshi Tanahashi has sustained an ankle injury, so he will be unable to compete at NJPW New Beginning in Sapporo on February 24. There, he was scheduled to wrestle in Kazuchika Okada’s last match with the company.

Hiroshi Tanahashi, who was scheduled to wrestle on today’s card in Sapporo, has sustained an injury to his right ankle and will be unable to compete.
