Roman Reigns Confirms That The Rock Is A Member Of The Bloodline On 2/16 WWE SmackDown
The Rock is officially a member of The Bloodline.
The February 16 episode of WWE SmackDown came to a close with a segment involving Roman Reigns, The Rock, and the rest of The Bloodline. Reigns started off his portion of the promo by noting that the people of Utah are idiots. Moments later, Reigns confirmed what many people had expected, as he announced that The Rock is officially a member of The Bloodline.
Rock came out next and told the crowd he had some good news to share, announcing that Friday’s episode of SmackDown broke an attendance record for the state of Utah. Rock then spun the announcement on its head and said it was the largest gathering of trailer park trash that he had ever seen.
Rock continued on, noting that this is a side of him that the fans haven’t seen in quite some time. ‘The Great One’ then focused on Cody Rhodes and told fans that he doesn’t deserve a shot to finish his story, as he lost to Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 39. Rock also promised to do everything in his power to ensure that Rhodes doesn’t leave WrestleMania with championship gold.
Rock ended off the segment by stating that The Bloodline is the most powerful faction in all of sports, entertainment, and mostly importantly, WWE.

Cody Rhodes won the men’s Royal Rumble, giving him the right to choose which champion he would face at WrestleMania 40. On the February 2 episode of WWE SmackDown, Rhodes said he was going to take everything from Reigns, but not at WrestleMania. He then introduced The Rock, who confronted Reigns as the show came to a close.
At the WrestleMania 40 Kickoff, Reigns picked to face The Rock at WrestleMania, but Rhodes said he wanted to face Reigns. The Kickoff event ended with Rock slapping Rhodes for disrespecting his family. Rock told Triple H to “fix it” in regards to Cody disrespecting his and Roman’s family and challenging Reigns.
After the Kickoff, Triple H announced Rhodes would challenge Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship in the main event of WrestleMania 40.
On Monday’s WWE Raw, Seth Rollins offered to be the “shield” for Cody at WrestleMania to prevent any potential Bloodline involvement.
