Kimber Lee Waives Right To Appear At 2/7 Pre-Trial Hearing, New Date Set

A new update has surfaced on Kimber Lee.

PWInsider reports that former IMPACT/TNA star Kimber Lee did not appear at her pre-trial hearing on Wednesday, February 7, as she waived her right to appear. According to the outlet, Lee is no longer being represented by a public defender, as she has hired an attorney. The new pre-trial hearing date for Lee has been set for Wednesday, April 14.

In May 2023, Lee was arrested on charges of DUI, Resisting an Office with Violence and Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer. Lee’s pre-trial hearing was originally set to take place in October 2023. 

Days before her arrest, Lee took to social media to announce that she was stepping away from the world of professional wrestling. Despite this announcement, Lee went on to wrestle in two seperate singles matches at GalaxyCon in June 2023.
