In recent weeks, R-Truth has been convinced that he is a member of the Judgment Day, and he has claimed that the group jumping him has been his initiation into the group. The stable attacked The Miz on the January 29 episode of WWE Raw, but the former WWE Champion got some revenge by beating JD McDonagh, thanks to some help from R-Truth, the following week.
Speaking on Raw Talk, The Miz and R-Truth were asked whether their Awesome Truth tag team had reunited. Truth went on to say that The Miz had a premature initiation.
The Miz: Did you feel the electricity out there? Did you hear the audience? We’re about giving people what they want, and Awesome Truth is what they wanted. Speaking off…[pulls out some money]. That’s yours.
R-Truth: Nah, keep it, that’s yours. It’s your cut.
The Miz: For what?
R-Truth: Judgment Day.
The Miz: I’m not in Judgment Day.
R-Truth: You’re right, I’ll put this on your dues. Last week, it was a premature initiation.
The Miz: What?
R-Truth: It happens to a lot of guys.
The Miz: No, I am not a premature initiator. No, that was not a premature initiation.
R-Truth: I understand. Live, love, and laugh, dog. Awesome Truth. I’m going to put this on your dues.
Truth left, and The Miz insisted that they are not in the Judgment Day.
