Maxxine Dupri comments on WWE potentially adding a secondary title to the women’s division.
The WWE women’s division is loaded with talent, and more stars have joined it in recent weeks. Naomi returned to the company at WWE Royal Rumble, as did Liv Morgan, who had been sidelined with an injury. Plus, Jade Cargill made her in-ring debut. On the February 2 episode of WWE SmackDown, former NXT Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton joined the blue brand. Given this depth, some fans continue to wonder whether it’s time for a secondary title, like the Intercontinental Championship, in the women’s division.
Speaking with Adrian Hernandez at a press event ahead of WWE Royal Rumble, Maxxine Dupri was asked whether it was time for another title in the women’s division.
“I love an opportunity to wear gold, so I think if that’s what that means, then yes,” Dupri said.
Maxxine Dupri recently said she wants to improve and compete more in the ring. Check out her comments here.
