Best Friends vs. Undisputed Kingdom, More Set For 2/9 AEW Rampage
Orange Cassidy and Roderick Strong will clash in a trios match on AEW Rampage.
Orange Cassidy and Roderick Strong will clash in a trios match on AEW Rampage.
On the February 2 episode of AEW Rampage, AEW International Champion Orange Cassidy, alongside Rocky Romero, Trent Beretta, and Chuck Taylor, requested time to speak. Roderick Strong and the rest of Undisputed Kingdom interrupted them. Cassidy noted that he knows he will face Strong at AEW Revolution, but he made it clear that the group’s actions were upsetting his friends, so he wanted to face them in a match.
Adam Cole liked the idea but noted that Chuck Taylor was too injured to compete, so they would have to do a three-on-three match instead. He said it would be Roderick Strong, Matt Taven, and Mike Bennett against Orange Cassidy, Trent Beretta, and Rocky Romero. Strong suggested that the match should be on the February 9 episode of AEW Rampage.
Orange Cassidy and The Best Friends are tired of the mind games from The Undisputed Kingdom.

Additionally, a backstage confrontation between Harley Cameron, Ruby Soho, and Saraya and the team of Willow Nightingale and Kris Statlander set up a tag team match for Rampage as well.
