R-Truth: Cody Rhodes Has A Story To Finish, I’m A Part Of That Story Too

On the 22nd of January edition of Monday Night RAW, Cody Rhodes and CM Punk came face to face in a heated exchange on the microphone. The promo battle would get very personal in a hurry, with the pair ending the segment nose to nose in a face off.
With the two men being amongst the favorites to win the 2024 Royal Rumble match, several within the industry have taken notice. While speaking to Sportskeeda, R-Truth was asked by Bill Apter about the two men in Saturday’s Rumble match.
“They both got some business. Punk is back and I was just as surprised as everyone else. I was very surprised. I love Phil. I think Punk is good for business, you can’t take nothing away from him and at the same time you damn sure can’t get in the way for Cody Rhodes. He’s got a story he’s trying to finish. In some form of fashion, I’m a part of that story too. But he need to tell it with someone else.”
As of this writing, Truth has not officially declared for Saturday’s Royal Rumble match.
