Bayley: Only A Few People Believe I’ll Headline WrestleMania, But Everyone Will Believe It Soon
Bayley still believes that she’ll get the chance to headline WrestleMania.
As it currently stands, Bayley is the only member of the original Four Horsewomen that hasn’t participated in a main event match at WrestleMania. Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair wrestled in a three way match with Ronda Rousey in the headlining match of WrestleMania 35, while Sasha Banks took on Bianca Belair in the headlining bout of WrestleMania 37 Night One.
While speaking to Sports Illustrated for a new interview, Bayley said that only a few people believe that she’ll headline WrestleMania before noting that everyone will believe it soon.
“Only a few people believe it will happen. But everyone will believe it soon.”
Bayley went on to say that 2024 will be a year that defines her career.
“All my experience, especially after going through the [ACL] injury, the pressure of having new girls rely on you, that’s a lot of pressure, but it made me feel ready for everything. This year is going to be the one that defines my career. It will define who I am and what I’ve brought to the wrestling industry.”
