Matt Hardy Announces The End Of The Hardy Party On 1/5 AEW Rampage
The party is over.
The party is over.
On the January 5 episode of AEW Rampage, The Hardys (Matt Hardy and Jeff Hardy) joined forces with Mark Briscoe to beat Kip Sabian, The Butcher, and The Blade. In an interview after the match, Jeff Hardy noted that someone needed to put The Hardys on Dynamite so they could boost the ratings. Private Party (Isiah Kassidy and Marq Quen) interrupted and congratulated The Hardys on their win.
Matt responded by noting that he was happy for the duo following Quen’s return on the January 3 episode of AEW Dynamite. He stated that Private Party was ready, as they had been learning from the tag team GOATs, The Hardys. Matt admitted that it was time to let them go, and it was time for Private Party to be their own men. He revealed that The Hardy Party was no more, as both teams would do their own thing. Matt gave them two Hardys shirts and said they would see them down the road.
The Hardy Party makes a reunion, but it doesn’t go as planned for Isiah Kassidy and Marq Quen!
