Janai Kai Hopes That Women’s Wrestling Army Returns Soon, ‘We Felt Like We Were Blooming’

Janai Kai comments on the possible return of Women’s Wrestling Army.

For the past number of months, fans online have been talking about the potential return of Women’s Wrestling Army. The promotion, ran by Maria Kanellis, last ran an event in November 2022. Earlier this year, Kanellis said that HonorClub was the ideal home for the promotion, noting that the two sides have had talks.

While speaking to Women’s Wrestling Talk for a new interview, Kai said that she’s been talking with other roster members from Women’s Wrestling Army about wanting the promotion to return.

“Oh yeah, I don’t know as well. All of us ladies, I’ve been seeing other ladies on the show and we’ve been talking about it too because we love Women’s Wrestling Army. We love being there because they were literally working on all of us and we felt like we were blooming. We definitely hope to see it back soon.”

Janai Kai is set to face Hyper Misao at MLW Kings Of Colosseum. Fans can see the updated lineup for the show here.
