Roman Reigns Reaches 1200 Days As WWE Undisputed Universal Champion
Roman Reigns hits yet another milestone as WWE Undisputed Universal Champion.
Roman Reigns has surpassed 1200 days as champion.
Reigns captured the Universal Championship back at Payback 2020 on August 31st of that year by defeating Braun Strowman and then champion Bray Wyatt in a triple threat match. He would later capture the WWE Championship at WrestleMania 38 on April 3rd, 2022, unifying the two championships.
During his title reign, Roman has defended the championship 29 times across the 1200 days as champion, defeating the likes of Brock Lesnar, Finn Balor, LA Knight, Sami Zayn, Kevin Owens and his cousin, Jey Uso.
Reigns last defended his championship at WWE Crown Jewel on November 8th, defeating LA Knight in the process. Roman will look to surpass Hulk Hogan’s title reign at 1474 days, a feat he will do should he hold the championship until September of 2024.
Reigns is scheduled to return to Friday Night SmackDown on the December 15th edition of the program. You can read more here.
