Alex Kane Says He Wants To Face Shingo Takagi, ‘He’s Very Explosive & Hard Hitting’
Alex Kane wants to fight Shingo Takagi.
The chances of this match happening are as high as they’ve ever been, as MLW and NJPW, where Takagi currently resides, formed a strategic alliance back in September along with CMLL. Kane is the current MLW World Heavyweight Champion.
While speaking to Sports Guys Talk Wrestling for a new interview, Kane explained why he would want to face off against the former IWGP World Heavyweight Champion.
“Shingo Takagi. When I was coming up, AR Fox showed me Shingo and I kind of saw a lot of myself in him, even before I started wrestling. He had the same shorts, knee pads, and he’s a stout dude. He’s very explosive, he’s very hard hitting. I know it would be absolute hell, but it’s some hell I want to go through.”
