John Cena has been featured in countless memorable moments throughout his WWE career. In one of his more critically-panned angles, he spray-painted “JBL is poopy” on JBL’s limo on the July 7, 2008 episode of WWE Raw.

The segment came on many years later, as former WWE Writer Brian Gewirtz was asked about it on Twitter/X. One fan wanted to know whether Cena had his own writer for promos. Gewirtz responded by saying that, as he called, Cena came up with a great deal of his promos himself, but he was happy to collaborate and take suggestions. However, Gewirtz clarified that the “JBL is poopy” line was entirely Cena’s idea.

Cena, a 16-time world champion, returned to WWE for several weeks during the SAG-AFTRA strike. He last appeared at WWE Crown Jewel on November 4, where he lost to Solo Sikoa. It is not known when Cena will return to WWE programming.

Eric Bischoff recently praised John Cena. Check out his comments here.
