Kota Ibushi Officially Signs With AEW
Kota Ibushi is All Elite.
Tony Khan announced that Kota Ibushi has officially signed with All Elite Wrestling.
The announcement came after AEW Dynamite, which saw Ibushi team with Kenny Omega, Chris Jericho, & Paul Wight to defeat Powerhouse Hobbs, Kyle Fletcher, Brian Cage, & Konosuke Takeshita.

Ibushi made his AEW debut at AEW Dynamite Blood & Guts when he teamed with Omega, The Young Bucks (Matt Jackson & Nick Jackson), & Hangman Page against the Blackpool Combat Club (Jon Moxley, Wheeler Yuta, Claudio Castagnoli), Takeshita, & PAC.
He also wrestled at AEW All In, teaming with Omega & Page against Bullet Club Gold (Jay White & Juice Robinson) & Konosuke Takeshita, and AEW All Out, teaming with Omega & Jericho against The Don Callis Family (Konosuke Takeshita, Sammy Guevara & Will Ospreay).
Ibushi has spent the majority of his career in Japan, wrestling for DDT, NJPW, and more promotions. He is a former IWGP World Heavyweight and Heavyweight Champion.
