Jeff Jarrett would love to bring Jim Cornette to the November 1 episode of AEW Dynamite so he could watch the show.

Speaking on My World with Jeff Jarrett, the AEW star noted that he was going to Louisville to do media ahead of the November 1 episode of AEW Dynamite. Co-host Conrad Thompson then asked him whether he will pick up Jim Cornette, a known critic of AEW, so he could come see the show.

Conrad Thompson: Are you gonna go pick up your old pal Jim Cornette and bring him down to see the show?

Jeff Jarrett: I would love to have Corny. I’d love to have him.

Thompson pointed out that Cornette doesn’t travel, but the Castle of Cornette is rumored to be in Louisville, and Jarrett said it was. Thompson then joked that if the lights go out during Dynamite on Wednesday, fans should look out for someone getting hit with a tennis racket.

Update: Cornette responded and turned down the invitation.

I appreciate the invitation from @RealJeffJarrett to attend the @AEW TV taping in Louisville tomorrow–I tried hard to make it work, but I couldn’t find another person in town going so we could split the 2 for 1 ticket offer. But maybe they can find another ratings ploy in time.
