– Jade Cargill appeared ahead of the main event match between NXT Women’s Champion Becky Lynch and Lyra Valkyria. After Lynch lost the title, she looked at Cargill. Cargill then commented on her appearance.

– Roxanne Perez, wearing Freddy Krueger-styled gear, faced Kiana James in a Devil’s Playground match. James powerbombed Perez onto a garbage can. Perez won the bout by hitting James with her bag and pinning her with Pop Rox.

– NXT Champion Ilja Dragunov spoke with Vic Joseph ahead of his title match against Carmelo Hayes.

– New Years Day performed live.

Lyra Valkyria defeated Becky Lynch to win the NXT Women’s Championship.

– Shotzi and Scarlett hosted the show.

– Vic Joseph asked Carmelo Hayes whether he attacked Trick Williams. He danced around the question and somewhat denied it before he shared his thoughts ahead of his clash with Ilja Dragunov.

Lexis King made his NXT in-ring debut and defeated Dante Chen.

– Shotzi and Scarlett hyped up their “Chamber of Horrors” YouTube channel. The Creed Brothers (Brutus Creed and Julius Creed) interrupted and challenged Angel Garza and Humberto Carrillo to a match. Ivy Nile spun the wheel, which landed on a Tables, Ladders, and Scares match.

– In a semi-final match in the NXT Women’s Breakout Tournament, Kelani Jordan defeated Arianna Grace.

– Lola Vice defeated Karmen Petrovic to advance to the finals of the NXT Women’s Breakout Tournament.

– The Family (Tony D’Angelo and Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo) defended the NXT Tag Team Championship against Andre Chase and Duke Hudson. Chase and Hudson emerged victorious and won the titles.

– Nathan Frazer delivered some Hard Hitting Home Truths and challenged NXT North American Champion Dominik Mysterio to a match at NXT Halloween Havoc Night Two.

– Blair Davenport defeated Gigi Dolin in a Lights Out match.

-Shotzi and Scarlett accused Carmelo Hayes of attacking Trick Williams.

– Chase U celebrated backstage. WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Chelsea Green and Piper Niven interrupted, and Thea Hail and Jacy Jayne pointed out that they didn’t go there. Hail and Jayne challenged them to a match.

– Scarlett showed Noam Dar some cards that revealed his future. She warned him to hold what he cherishes closely. 

– Fallon Henley mocked Tiffany Stratton by dressing up as her and impersonating the former champion. They brawled, and they had to be separated.

– Von Wagner’s recovery continued. The trainer noted that he was progressing slowly. Mr. Stone made it clear that he wanted Bron Breakker to pay for what he did to Wagner.

– Akira Tozawa stole the NXT Heritage Cup.

– Arianna Grace shared her thoughts following her loss.

– Nathan Frazer vowed to finish the story.

– Mr. Stone looked ahead to his match with Bron Breakker.

– Andre Chase called his win a teachable moment.
