Adam Cole Says This Has Been The Most Challenging Injury Of His Career Emotionally
Adam Cole thanks fans for their support.
Adam Cole suffered an ankle injury at AEW Dynamite Grand Slam when he jumped off the ramp to the ringside area and landed awkwardly. Cole was immediately limping as he supported MJF in his match against Samoa Joe.
Cole would later reveal that he broke his ankle and needed surgery.
Cole reportedly had surgery earlier in October. He’s remained on AEW television, appearing in vignettes with Roderick Strong and The Kingdom (Mike Bennett & Matt Taven).
Taking to social media, Cole thanked fans for their support.
Emotionally, this has been the most challenging injury of my career. Without question. Thank you to EVERYONE who has reached out & shown support. Means more than you know.
I will do everything in my power to get back to work doing what I love to do.
Because I’m #AdamColeBayBay

It is unknown when Cole will return to the ring.
He is still one-half of the ROH Tag Team Champions with MJF, who has defended the titles alone.
Fightful will continue to update fans on Cole when more information is known.
