Mika Rotunda Remembers Her Brother On Anniversary Of Bray Wyatt’s Return At WWE Extreme Rules
At WWE Extreme Rules, Bray Wyatt returned to WWE after being released in July 2021.
Wyatt’s return was set up by a series of teasers and puzzles dubbed “The White Rabbit Project.” As WWE Extreme Rules ended, the lights went off and characters from the Firefly Fun House appeared before Wyatt walked through a door on the stage and revealed himself.
Sadly, Wyatt (Windham Rotunda) passed away on August 24.
On the anniversary of his return to WWE, Bray’s sister posted the following letter:
It was one year ago that my brother made a return to @WWE
I never knew Bray, the fiend or any incarnation of his wrestling characters.
But, I knew @Windham6 and very well. And his desire was always to make others feel good.
And his ability to make millions of people feel connected, simultaneously by his presence and spoken word— was his gift to the world.
If you miss him, know that I do too.And if you’re hurting, know that I do too. And if you felt his magnitude, know that I did too.
Find some ground to sing along.
