John Cena To Corner Carmelo Hayes Against Bron Breakker, Cornered By Paul Heyman, On 10/10 NXT
John Cena is coming to NXT.
Carmelo Hayes announced that John Cena will be in his corner on the October 10 episode of NXT as Hayes takes on Bron Breakker.
Breakker tried to get in Hayes’ head on the October 3 episode of NXT by further dividing him and Trick Williams. Instead of taking Breakker’s advice and going against Williams, Hayes got himself a match against Breakker.
Hayes not only got the match, but he got some advice from Cena, and said that Cena would be in his corner for the match on October 10.
Hayes and Breakker met at NXT Stand & Deliver and NXT Battleground. Hayes won both bouts, winning and then defending the NXT Championship.
This will mark Cena’s first appearance on NXT TV since 2013.
Later in the night, Paul Heyman announced that he will corner Breakker for the match.

The October 10 episode of NXT will go head-to-head with AEW Dynamite.
