Adam Copeland Confirms Beth Phoenix Does Voice Intro For ‘Metalingus’ In AEW
The rumors are true.
Adam Copeland (Edge in WWE) is in AEW and the voice fans hear before “Metalingus” by Alter Bridge kicks in is the voice of Beth Phoenix.
Phoenix says, “You think you know him” before “On this day….” is sung.
Copeland confirmed the news to Chris Mueller of Bleacher Report.
I don’t know if this counts as breaking news or whatever, but I was able to confirm with him today that not only is the voice at the beginning of Adam Copeland’s AEW entrance music that of Beth Phoenix, but that it was Edge and Beth who recorded the clip themselves.

Copeland made his AEW debut at AEW WrestleDream, saving Darby Allin and Sting from an attack from Christian Cage, Luchasaurus, and Nick Wayne.
