– Michael Cole interviewed WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins ahead of his Last Man Standing Match against Shinsuke Nakamura.Nakamura interrupted on the video screen and wondered whether Rollins’ back injury was a lie. Nakamura attacked Rollins from behind. Nakamura hit Rollins with a chair and slammed him onto the steel. He blasted Rollins with the Kinshasha. Nakamura then stood tall and posed with the gold.

– Drew McIntyre cheated to beat The Miz, as he bashed his head into an exposed turnbuckle and pinned him with a FutureShock DDT.

– Gunther defended the WWE Intercontinental Championship against Tommaso Ciampa.

Johnny Gargano returned to Raw as he saved Tommaso Ciampa from Ludwig Kaiser and Giovanni Vinci.

– Both Rhea Ripley and Raquel Rodriguexz returned and brawled with Nia Jax.

– Rhea Ripley announced that Dominik Mysterio will challenge for the NXT North American Championship on the October 3 episode of WWE NXT and told him not to bother coming home if he lost. She also stated that Damian Priest was not cleared to compete.

– After Cody Rhodes saved Jey Uso from the Judgment Day (Damian Priest, JD McDonagh, and Dominik Mysterio), Adam Pearce announced that Rhodes and Uso will challenge for the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship at WWE Fastlane.

Adam Pearce announced that Becky Lynch was not cleared to compete; her NXT Women’s Championship match against Tegan Nox was postponed.

– Bronson Reed defeated Cedric Alexander. 

– Alpha Academy (Chad Gable and Otis) faced Imperium (Giovanni Vinci and Ludwig Kaiser). Kaiser and Vinci scored the win.

– San Francisco 49ers star TE George Kittle was in the crowd

– Xavier Woods faced Ivar of the Viking Raiders. Woods scored the win, but Ivar left him and Kofi Kingston lying after the match.

– Jade Cargill wondered who she should face first and said standing next to her was a blessing.

– Chelsea Green faced Tegan Nox. Natalya came out to even the odds when Piper Niven interfered. Nox then pinned Green.

– Drew McIntyre said he was going to stop being the savior. He started to talk about Cody Rhodes before The Miz interrupted. The Miz told him to embrace who he really is. McIntyre challenged The Miz to face him. The Miz kept insulting McIntyre, but he walked away when McIntyre challenged him again. The Miz attacked McIntyre from behind.

NXT North American Champion Trick Williams appeared, as he commented on his title win.

NXT Women’s Champion Becky Lynch invited Indi Hartwell to come to NXT.

Cody Rhodes said he and Jey Uso will be at the October 6 episode of WWE SmackDown.

In a Raw Exclusive, Sami Zayn said he had mixed emotions about Jey Uso and Cody Rhodes getting a title shot. Kevin Owens teased that they were coming for a chance to win the gold.

– Tommaso Ciampa shared a picture of himself and Johnny Gargano.

– Johnny Gargano commented on his return.

– Nia Jax sent a message to Raquel Rodriguez on Raw Talk.

WWE revealed the bracket for the NXT Women’s Breakout Tournament.
