Brandi Rhodes Would Come Out Of Retirement For A Match With Triple H And Stephanie McMahon
Brandi Rhodes says she would come out of retirement for a mixed tag team match against Stephanie McMahon and Triple H, even if she was 72 years old.
In AEW, Brandi and Cody Rhodes had fun teasing tension with Triple H, using sledgehammers and smashing thrones. Unfortunately, the same WrestleMania that saw Cody Rhodes make his return to WWE saw the retirement of Triple H.
However, in a recent interview with DS of Ring The Belle, Brandi Rhodes says that her absolute dream match is one where she is in the ring with Stephanie McMahon and Triple H and even jokes that you would come out of retirement at the age of 72 to make that match happen.
“Stephanie and Triple H,” she began. “I would come out of retirement for that in a heartbeat. I would do that 72 years old. Y’all would have to sit through that and just let it happen. I know it wouldn’t be great, but just let it happen if it does because I mean, the chances of it happening are very, very slim. If that was on the table, you’d have grandma in the gym. I’d be doing everything I possibly could, like I’d be getting into full lotus and my yoga studio just to stretch Stephanie a little bit.”
Brandi Rhodes is fully retired from active competition, as she explained when revealing why she will never wrestle Rhea Ripley. Read more here.
