TKO is officially on the market.
On September 12, WWE and UFC officially merged to form TKO, a new publicly traded company. The merger was part of WWE’s transaction with Endeavor.
TKO stock price opened at $102, which is higher than the final WWE close price, which came in at $98.05.
Vince McMahon, Triple H, Dana White, Ari Emanuel, Nick Khan, Mark Shapiro, and more were present for the opening bell. Bianca Belair and Montez Ford represented WWE at the ceremony.
