Here is your post-Monday Night Raw fight size update for September 11, 2023.

– Shayna Baszler took on Chelsea Green. Baszler shoved Piper Niven at ringside. Baszler scored the win, and Niven attacked her. Zoey Stark made the save, and she stood tall with Baszler. 

– Jey Uso came to the ring and stated that it felt good to be on his own and on Raw. Kevin Owens interrupted and noted that he has been in a similar position before, where he had to earn other people’s respect and trust. Owens noted that some members of the locker room have said Jey shouldn’t be there. He stated that Jey would have a lot of work to do in order to prove himself. The Judgment Day (Finn Balor, Damian Priest, and Dominik Mysterio) interrupted and disagreed with Owens. They kept recruiting Uso, hoping to convince him to join the group. Uso and Owens agreed to team up to face The Judgment Day.

– Jey Uso and Kevin Owens faced Damian Priest and Finn Balor. The two teams battled back and forth, and Jay accidentally kicked Owens. Balor then pinned Owens following  a Coup de Grace. Owens was clearly frustrated, and he walked to the back on his own. Backstage, Jey Uso apologized. Kevin Owens told him to find his new Bloodline.

– Xavier Woods approached Drew McIntyre and asked him why he talked trash to Kofi Kingston. McIntyre said Kofi should man up and talk to him. Woods claimed that McIntyre was jealous, as Kofi won the WWE Championship in a full arena while McIntyre got his moment in an empty arena.

– Drew McIntyre clashed with Xavier Woods and scored the hard-fought win.

– Imperium (Gunther, Ludwig Kaiser, and Giovanni Vinci) celebrated Gunther’s record-breaking WWE Intercontinental Championship reign. Gunther commented on his success and called himself the greatest WWE Intercontinental Champion in history. He said he was starting to run out of competition. Chad Gable interrupted and highlighted how he came close to dethroning Gunther. He said that Gunther lit a fire under him. Gable vowed to get another shot at the gold and win the title this time. Gunther insulted Gable as a father. Gable brawled with Imperium, and Otis came out for the save. Imperium outnumbered them, and Tommaso Ciampa came out to run the trio off.

The return of Nia Jax helped Rhea Ripley beat Raquel Rodriguez and retain the WWE Women’s World Championship. Jax attacked the champion after the bout.

– Shinsuke Nakamura turned down another challenge from WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins. He stated that Rollins was not cleared to compete.

– The Miz faced Akira Tozawa and picked up a decisive win.

Piper Niven announced that she was medically cleared.

– NXT Women’s Champion Tiffany Strattton and Becky Lynch signed the contract for their match on the September 12 episode of WWE NXT.

– Alpha Academy (Chad Gable and Otis) teamed up with Tommaso Ciampa to face Imperium (Gunther, Ludwig Kaiser, and Giovanni Vinci). Gable and Ciampa scored the submission win. 

– WWE highlighted the anniversary of the September 11 attacks.

– Cody Rhodes returned to Raw and brought up Jey Uso. Dominik Mysterio, alongside JD McDonagh, interrupted, and Cody took the fight to them. He fought the duo off.

– Drew McIntyre confronted Jey Uso and said he didn’t trust him. They agreed to face each other next week.

– In a promo, Shinsuke Nakamura sent a message to Seth Rollins and said he would challenge the champion when he felt like it.

– In a Raw Exclusive, Imperium (Gunther, Ludwig Kaiser, and Giovanni Vinci) expressed their frustration after Chad Gable, Otis, and Tommaso Ciampa ruined what was supposed to be a celebratory night.

– On Raw Talk, Drew McIntyre stated that there were a lot of wrongs that needed to be set right on Raw.

– Post-show footage showed the aftermath of Nia Jax’s attack.
