Ricochet: If I’m Not The Main Event, I Plan On Being The Main Attraction
Ricochet is working to put himself in a good position.
Ricochet had a high profile match at WWE SummerSlam, taking on Logan Paul in the opening contest. Ricochet lost the bout and hasn’t been utilized on television consistently since the match.
“Even if I’m not the main event, I plan on becoming the main attraction,” said Ricochet in an interview with Justin Barrasso of Sports Illustrated. “That’s where Ricochet belongs. I’m working to show everyone that. I’m capable of it, and that is what I am trying to manifest. I’ve been here five years. In the grand scheme of things, that’s really nothing.I think of guys like Rey Mysterio and Edge and Randy Orton. I want to be here for a good stint, and that is what I am working to accomplish.”
Ricochet was back on Monday’s WWE Raw, taking on Shinsuke Nakamura in singles competition.
The bout ended in a DQ.
