Post Malone Wears Stone Cold Steve Austin Vest And Wants To Collaborate With Austin On Song
Wrestling had an effect on the BET Awards.
On Sunday, Black Entertainment Television held their annual entertainment awards. One of the stage performances featured rapper Post Malone, who has raised eyebrows before with his outfits. At the BET Awards, Post Malone wore a Stone Cold Steve Austin vest. His attire was subject to reactions from the television audience and the live attendees.
WWE wrestler Sasha Banks attended the BET Awards and wore a "Macho Man inspired" dress.

In an interview with TMZ, Post Malone confirmed his song "Go Flex" is a tribute to Steve Austin. He also said he would like to collaborate with Austin on a song.
"Maybe we'll do a song together, maybe he'll talk some shit at the beginning. That shit will be super sick, super tight," said Post Malone.
He also said he would work with WWE if requested and would be willing to give someone a Stunner or Superplex. He claimed he learned some moves from fellow rapper Riff Raff and would need to learn a finishing move. Riff Raff once got involved in a match that featured Kurt Angle and Rey Mysterio and has told TMZ he also wants to wrestle.
At this time, neither Austin nor WWE have acknowledged the homage.
