Josiah Williams (Wrestle And Flow) Releases New Album, Xavier Woods Featured

Josiah Williams has released a new album under the Wrestle and Flow banner with multiple references to professional wrestling and an interlude recorded by WWE Superstar Xavier Woods (Austin Creed).

Josiah Williams has performed theme songs for several wrestlers across AEW, WWE, and IMPACT Wrestling, including most recently crafting the new theme song for Trinity (formerly known as Naomi in WWE).

Josiah has now released a new album entitled “Never Settle.” The album features several wrestling references and a reflective look into Williams’ mindset and journey, including some of his time in WWE.

WWE Superstar Xavier Woods (Austin Creed) is also featured on the album on the fifth track, titled “The Interlude of Positivity.” Going along with the entire vibe of the album, Woods provides words of encouragement, telling listeners that the journey is all about that the journey of life is all about moving forward, and listeners can succeed as long as they believe in what they can achieve. “Do the work, and you will succeed,” Creed says at the conclusion of his track.

Williams was let go by WWE a second time in 2021. Williams was also laid off by WWE in 2020 as part of the layoffs announced on Wednesday, April 15 of that year. He would eventually return to the business and was even featured in the opening segment of NXT TakeOver: Vengeance Day 2021.

Prior to the pandemic, Williams worked on the NXT live event crew and was occasionally on camera as a backstage interviewer for WWE’s developmental brand. Perhaps his most memorable on-screen performance was when he sang a remix of Adam Cole’s entrance music as Cole approached the ring for his battle at NXT TakeOver: XXV, where he beat Johnny Gargano for the NXT Championship.

Fans can check out the album on YouTube and Spotify.
