Results for the 6/29/2023 edition of IMPACT Wrestling.

On June 29, 2023, IMPACT hosted a new episode of IMPACT Wrestling on AXS TV & via their YouTube Channel. The show was headlined with Nick Aldis addressing his actions, and Chris Sabin making his first title defense of the X-Division Title against former champion Trey Miguel.

Elsewhere on the card, Trinity competed against Jai Vidal, Kenny King faced off against Yuya Uemura & more. Full results & highlights are listed below and will be updated as the show happens.

IMPACT Wrestling TV (6/29/2023).

  • X-Division Championship Match: Chris Sabin (c) def. Trey Miguel (via Disqualification).
    • Zachary Wentz attacked Sabin to give Miguel the Disqualification loss. Wentz & Miguel attacked Sabin before Chris Sabin made the save. The Rascals are back. 
  • Backstage, The Rascals (Trey Miguel & Zachary Wentz) cut a promo with Wentz saying that he came back to protect his “brother” before promising that they will take everything that is theirs. 
  • Trinity def. Jai Vidal.
  • Moose spoke with Brian Myers & The Good Hands (Jason Hotch & John Skyler). Myers tried to talk strategy with Moose, but Moose told Myers that in order to succeed he had to drop the dead weight, implying to leave The Good Hands. 
  • Zicky Dice & Johnny Swinger celebrated backstage after Swinger’s win against Bhupinder Gujjar. The head of IMPACT’s Referee Commission confronted them and told Swinger that the win was invalidated before Spencer told Dice to never do that again or he would lose his referee’s license. 
  • Lio Rush def. Jack Price.
  • Dirty Dango cut a promo insulting Santino Marella’s career, mentioning his confrontation with Jim Cornette and saying that he had his eye on Marella’s daughter (Arianna Grace).
  • After that promo, Santino Marella cut a promo of his own calling out Dango, saying that he would make Dango pay.
  • Frankie Kazarian & Eddie Edwards argued backstage before the two agreed to no longer be partners but be opponents instead. 
  • Masha Slamovich def. KiLynn King (w/ Taylor Wilde).
    • After the match, Killer Kelly & Masha Slamovich wrapped each other in a dog collar, officially becoming a tag team. 
  • There was a video recap highlighting Scott D’Amore’s wrestling career ahead of his match teaming with PCO against Bully Ray & Steve Maclin on Slammiversary. 
  • Kenny King (w/ Sheldon Jean) def. Yuya Uemura.
    • After the match, IMPACT Digital Media Champion Joe Hendry presented a song to Kenny King called “Stripper Kenny”.
  • Nick Aldis cut a promo. Aldis said that he attacked Shelley two weeks ago because he felt like the Motor City Machine Guns were trying to minimize Aldis and blamed Shelley for trying to run his name to his friends & media before bragging that he was mentored by Harley Race and Gory Funk and saying that Shelley was trying to take wrestling to a dark place. Aldis said that he would humiliate Shelley on Slammiversary, but Shelley interrupted by telling him to shut up. Aldis & Shelley brawled on the outside before Chris Sabin, but Lio Rush attacked Sabin. Rush & Aldis stood tall to end the broadcast.
