(#3) Marvin Vettori vs. (#4) Jared Cannonier
Round One – Cannonier opens the action with a low kick. Vettori drills Cannonier with a left hook and Cannonier is hurt! Vettori lands another left hook but Cannonier looks to be OK for the time being. Cannonier cracks Vettori and now Vettori is rocked! Cannonier lands a 1-2, Vettori looks to have recovered for now but eats a pair of low kicks from Cannonier. Vettori lands a big left hook that slows down Cannonier, who returns fire with a jab and the horn sounds to end an eventful opening frame.

Round Two – Vettori opens the round with a jab. Cannonier rocks Vettori with a MASSIVE right hook! Cannonier lands a bevy of shots, Vettori stays upright for the moment, Cannonier kicks Vettori’s legs out from underneath him and starts hammering down the ground and pound! Vettori uses the cage to stand back up, Cannonier is relentless with the strikes but Vettori fires back and lands a big left hook! Cannonier’s momentum slows down at the horn to end a wild second round.

Round Three – Vettori lands a right hook to open round number three. Vettori lands a low kick but Cannonier responds with a looping right hand that connects. Cannonier dives in for a takedown but Vettori shoved him back. Vettori lands a 1-2, then jabs, followed by a right hook. Cannonier drills Vettori with a right hook and Vettori’s face is a beaten up, bloodied mess after that shot from Cannonier, who shoots for, and gets a takedown. Vettori quickly scrambles back to his feet, Cannonier lands a 1-2, Vettori trips Cannonier to the mat, Cannonier gets right back to his feet and lands a right hook, as Vettori jabs at the horn to send this one to the main event rounds.

Round Four – Cannonier lands a low kick, Vettori responds with one of his own and the action is underway here in round number four. Cannonier quickly secures a takedown but Vettori gets right back up. Cannonier lands a left hook, then pops the jab, and drills Vettori with a straight right hand. Cannonier lands a 1-2 and the buzzer sounds to send this one to the fifth and final round.

Round Five – Cannonier lands a low kick to open the final frame. Vettori lands a left hook, Cannonier counters with a left hook of his own, followed by a low kick. Cannonier clobbers Vettori with a right hook, then a 1-2, and drags Vettori down to the mat. Heavy shots land from top control for Cannonier, Vettori gets back up, and lands a right hook. Cannonier scoops and slams Vettori right back down to the mat at the horn and this one is headed to the judge’s scorecards.

(#8) Arman Tsarukyan vs. Joaquim Silva
Round One – Tsarukyan immediately takes down Silva to open the bout. Tsarukyan lands some shots from the top but nothing of consequence lands just as of yet. Silva scrambles but just cannot get back to his feet, Tsarukyan lands a few close range shots and rides out nearly the entire opening frame with top control as the horn sounds to end round number one.

Round Two – Tsarukyan lands a low kick to start the middle frame. Tsarukyan lands a 1-2, then a right hook. Silva comes back with a left hook and shoved Tsarukyan back after the latter went for the clinch. Silva cracks Tsarukyan with a left hook and Tsarukyan is hurt! Silva rushes forward but Tsarukyan lands a MUCH needed takedown and rides out the final minute or so on top until the buzzer sounds to send this one to the third and final round.

Round Three – Tsarukyan clinches to open the final frame. Tsaruykan trips Silva to the mat but Silva pops right back up to his feet. Tsaruykan lands another takedown and starts firing down HUGE shots from the top and this one is waved off! What a finish by Arman Tsarukyan!

Armen Petrosyan vs. Christian Duncan
Round One – Petrosyan opens the action with a low kick. Petrosyan lands a side kick to the body, Duncan returns fire with a left hook, followed by a lead leg kick. Petrosyan lands a 1-2, Duncan pops the jab, and the buzzer sounds to end a somewhat uneventful opening frame.

Round Two – Duncan quickly dives in for a takedown but Petrosyan stuffs the attempt. Duncan throws a wild spinning back kick but Petrosyan uses it to initiate the clinch. Petrosyan trips Duncan to a knee and gets back control but Duncan spins out of danger for the time being. Petrosyan lands a low kick, then another, then adds a side kick to the body. Petrosyan wallops Duncan with a right hook and Duncan grabs Petrosyan in the clinch to recover. Petrosyan forces the break and secured a last-second takedown at the horn, and this one is headed to the third and final round.

Round Three – Petrosyan opens the final frame with a low kick. Duncan shoves Petrosyan to the cage and clinches. Duncan lands a nice right hook but Petrosyan lands a perfectly timed takedown. Petrosyan lands a few big shots of ground and pound from top control but Duncan scrambles to his feet. Petrosyan clinches Duncan against the fence, Duncan quickly breaks, and looks for a last-second Hail Mary knockout but to no avail as the buzzer sounds to send this one to the judge’s scorecards.

Pat Sabatini vs. Lucas Almeida
Round One – Sabatini clinches to start. Sabatini quickly secures the takedown and quickly starts firing down the ground and pound. Sabatini lands a bevy of massive elbows and looks for the armbar but decides against it and continues the barrage of strikes from top position until the buzzer which ends a dominant opening frame from Sabatini.

Round Two – Sabatini quickly secures a takedown to start round number two. Sabatini lands a number of shots from the top, including a pair of elbows, then locks in the arm triangle, and Almeida taps out! What a performance from Pat Sabatini!

Manuel Torres vs. Nikolas Motta
Round One – Torres opens the action with a low kick. Motta responds with a left hook, then another. Torres wallops Motta with a massive elbow out of nowhere and Motta is out cold! Statement performance from Manuel Torres!

Nicolas Dalby vs. Muslim Salikhov
Round One – Salikhov lands a low kick to start. Dalby returns the favor with a pair of lead leg kicks. Salikhov plants a 1-2 on Dalby, as Dalby continues to work the legs. Dalby drills Salikhov with a head kick and Salikhov is hurt! Dalby rushes forward but Salikhov trips Dalby to the mat and shoved him against the fence as the horn sounds to end an eventful opening frame.

Round Two – Dalby clinches right off the bat to open round number two. Salikhov reverses momentum, forces the break, and circles back to the center of the octagon. Salikhov pops the jab, Dalby looks for a step-in knee, but Salikhov grabs the leg and trips Dalby down to the mat. Dalby scrambles and quickly gets back to his feet. Salikhov remains clinched, Dalby spins off the cage and circled back to the center. Salikhov trips Dalby to the mat, Dalby scrambles and ends up on top. Salikhov rolls, Dalby looks for a choke, then a twister, but Salikhov defends nicely and scrambles back to his feet. Dalby drills Salikhov with a head kick and stuns Salikhov but the buzzer sounds to potentially save Salikhov and will send this one to the third and final round.
Fightful scores this round 10-9 to Dalby. 20-18 to Dalby after two rounds.
Round Three – Dalby clinches to begin the final frame. Not much going on along the fence, a bunch of reversals of momentum but the balance of the round is against the fence. Dalby breaks and drills Salikhov with an elbow right before, then secured a last-second takedown at the horn and this one is headed to the judge’s scorecards.
