Kenny Omega looks back on his Steel Cage Match against Jon Moxley.

Moxley and Omega have been feuding for months, as their respective stables, the Blackpool Combat Club and The Elite, have been engaged in a bitter rivalry. In one of the most intense battles yet, Omega faced Moxley in a Steel Cage Match on the May 10 episode of AEW Dynamite.

The two foes waged war in the brutal bout, and in one highlight, Omega drilled Moxley with a V-Trigger that broke the cage wall. Omega landed awkwardly and got hung up on the cage. Thankfully, both competitors walked away from the match without any major injuries.

Speaking with Muscle & Fitness, Omega commented on the match and noted that he was “bewildered” he left the match on his own two feet.

“I’m still bewildered over how it was that I walked away from that one. I just let it happen and I think, somehow, because nothing was going against the grain, or fighting against this odd happening, I miraculously ended up OK,” Omega said.

Omega’s match against Will Ospreay at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door 2 has been confirmed. More information is available here.

Jon Moxley recently commented on his plans to return to NJPW. Click here to see what he had to say.
