Taya Valkyrie Comments On AEW ‘Suspension’, Warns Mark Sterling That He’s Next

Valkyrie challenged Jade Cargill for the TBS Championship on the April 26 episode of AEW Dynamite. As per the stipulation of the match, Valkyrie was prohibited from using her Road to Valhalla finisher. The stipulation proved to be costly, as she hesitated when she went for the move. Cargill capitalized and pinned Valkyrie to win the match.
After the bell, Valkyrie snapped and nearly attacked referee Aubrey Edwards. On the May 5 episode of AEW Rampage, the broadcast team noted that Valkyrie had been suspended.
In a tweet, Valkyrie commented on her suspension and noted that she’s increasingly livid about it. She stated that she regrets nothing, though she put her hands on Edwards. Valkyrie stated that The Jade Brand is a fraud, her house of cards will fail, and Mark Sterling is next.
