Alex Hammerstone has been cleared to compete.
Hammerstone previously confirmed that he suffered a torn adductor muscle. The injury occurred during the War Chamber match at MLW War Chamber on April 6. In the War Chamber match, Hammerstone, Matthew Justice, Mance Warner, and 1 Called Manders faced The Calling (Rickey Shane Page, AKIRA, Delirious & Doctor Cornwallis.)
The injury forced Hammerstone to be removed from the match, and The Calling emerged victorious. Hammerstone then worked a brief match at the MLW Battle Riot tapings on April 8, but he has not wrestled since.
In a tweet on May 7, the reigning MLW World Heavyweight Champion announced that he is cleared to wrestle, and he is taking bookings for the weekend of May 12-14.
