IMPACT Wrestling has announced that Chris Sabin will challenge for the X-Division Championship against Trey Miguel at IMPACT Under Siege on Friday, May 26.
Miguel won the title by defeating Black Taurus at IMPACT Over Drive on November 18, 2022. He recently defended the gold in an elimination match against Jonathan Gresham and Mike Bailey at IMPACT Rebellion.

In April, Sabin, an eight-time X-Division Champion, celebrated 20 years with TNA/IMPACT Wrestling. He is a former IMPACT World Tag Team Champion, and he has held the TNA World Heavyweight Championship. At IMPACT Rebellion, he and Alex Shelley unsuccessfully challenged Chris Bey and Ace Austin for the IMPACT World Tag Team Championship.
