SmackDown Viewership Holds Steady For 6/6 Episode With Owens vs Nakamura Main Event

Smackdown Viewership didn’t change much this week as we inch closer to WWE Money In The Bank.

Last night's episode of SmackDown Live, featuring the in-ring SDLive debut of The New Day, Women's Money In The Bank hype, AJ Styles vs Dolph Ziggler and a main event that saw Shinsuke Nakamura face off against Kevin Owens for the first time in a WWE ring, drew 2.349 million viewers, according to ShowBuzz Daily. This almost the exact same number from last week, which saw 2.350 million viewers.

SmackDown came in at #6 in viewership on cable for the night, behind news programs Rachel Maddow, The Last Word, The Five, Hannity and Tucker Carlson. SmackDown did manage to take the #1 spot in the highly coveted 18-49 demographic for the second week in a row.

Comparing the blue brand to the red this week, Monday's RAW drew 2.994 million viewers, which is an improvement from the 2.613 million viewers that watched last week's show.
