Hulk Hogan vs. Gawker To Be Covered On TNT’s ‘Rich & Shameless’
TNT will cover Hulk Hogan’s battle with Gawker.
TNT announced the season two slate for its documentary series “Rich & Shameless.” The slate includes an episode on the lawsuit between Hulk Hogan and Gawker.
Gawker infamously posted the sex tape of Hulk Hogan (real name Terry Bollea) in 2016. Bollea sued Gawker, several Gawker employees and affiliates for posting portions of the tape, which also revealed racist remarks made by Hogan.
In 2016, the jury voted in Bollea’s favor and found Gawker liable. He was awarded over $120 million in damages.
“Rich & Shameless tells the true stories of the successes, failures, thrills and miseries that accompany wealth in the world of sport,” according to TNT. Season two premieres on May 7.
