Eddie Kingston Set To Challenge Claudio Castagnoli For ROH World Title At ROH Supercard Of Honor

Eddie Kingston gets his shot at ROH Supercard of Honor 2023. 

When Eddie Kingston arrived in the new Ring of Honor, he made no bones about going straight for the current Ring of Honor World Champion, Claudio Castagnoli. 

For several weeks, Claudio and Eddie have gotten on each other’s wrong sides. However, both men had a sit-down interview with Caprice Coleman on the March 23 episode of Ring of Honor TV. On that day, Kingston finally got Claudio to agree to put the Ring of Honor World Championship on the line against him at ROH Superad of Honor 2023 on Friday, March 31. 

During the sit-down,  both men reflected on their history, with Claudio Castagnoli telling Eddie Kingston that he considers him to be the biggest waste of potential he’s ever seen.

Should Eddie Kingston defeat Claudio, this will be the first time he wins singles gold since signing with AEW/ROH.
