Match By Match Recap

ACH & Volador Jr. Vs. Suzuki-Gun (El Desparado & Yoshinobu Kanemaru)

The match begins with Volador Jr and Desparado catching each other with arm drags, Volador Jr uses a head scissors takedown to knock Desparado out of the ring. Kanemaru jumps Volador Jr in the ring while Desparado fights ACH on the arena floor, Desparado returns to the ring and Volador Jr knocks him back out of it. Kanemaru distracts Volador Jr and that allows Desparado to throw him out of the ring, Desparado grabs Volador Jr and throws him into a bunch of chairs from the crowd. Kanemaru tags in and he gets a pin attempt as Volador Jr returns to the ring, Kanemaru rolls Volador Jr to the ring apron before drop kicking him in the head. Kanemaru takes the opportunity to stomp on a downed Volador Jr until he tags Desparado back into the match, Volador Jr fights back and Desparado rakes his eyes.

Volador Jr goes to the middle rope and Desparado throws him off for a near fall, Volador Jr takes Desparado down with a bulldog and he tags ACH into the match. ACH nails a tagged in Kanemaru with a double stomp followed by a drop kick, ACH then crushes Kanemaru with a clothesline for a near fall. Kanemaru drops ACH just as an interfering Desparado attacks Volador Jr, Volador Jr and ACH nail Kanemaru with multiple super kicks and a German suplex for a near fall. Desparado nails Volador Jr with a chair as they battle on the arena floor, Kanemaru distracts the referee before kicking ACH low. Kanemaru catches ACH in a small package for the three count.

Winners: Suzuki-Gun (El Desparado & Yoshinobu Kanemaru)

Kushida, Ryusuke Taguchi & Juice Robinson vs. Los Ingobernables (Bushi, Evil & Sanada)

The match begins with Kushida dropping Bushi with a hip toss into a drop kick, Kushida bends the arm of Bushi before stomping away on it. Robinson tags in and he works over the hurt arm of Bushi, Kushida and Robinson exchange tags while wrenching on the arm of Bushi. Taguchi tags in and he nails the hurt arm of Bushi with a top rope axe handle drop, Kushida interferes and he works over the injured arm of Bushi. Kushida then hits Bushi with a drop toe hold onto the behind of Taguchi, Robinson tags in and he nails Bushi with his patented jabs. Sanada interferes by tripping up a running Robinson and dragging him out of the ring, Bushi then catches Robinson with a suicide dive.

Bushi works over Robinson in the ring as Sanada and Evil fight the other two members of the opposing team on the arena floor, Evil tags in and tries ripping the dreads off of Robinson’s head. Sanada tags in to get a near fall on Robinson after Evil hits him with a senton, Sanada slows things down by holding Robinson in a chin lock. Robinson then catches a charging Sanada with a leg lariat, Taguchi gets the tag and he attacks all members of Los Ingobernables with hip attacks. Bushi gets the tag and he nails Taguchi with a top rope missile drop kick, Los Ingobernables then hit Taguchi with a series of triple team moves so Bushi can get another near fall. Bushi then hits Taguchi with a code breaker for a near fall, Sanada and Evil battle Robinson and Kushida on the arena floor. Taguchi catches Bushi with a roll up from out of nowhere for the three count.

Winners: Kushida, Ryusuke Taguchi & Juice Robinson

After the match, Los Ingobernables give the victorious team a post-match beat down.

David Finlay & War Machine (Raymond Rowe & Hanson) vs. Bullet Club (Bad Luck Fale, Tama Tonga & Tonga Roa)

The match begins with Fale dropping a charging Finlay with a shoulder block, War Machine hit he ring and a brawl breaks out between everybody in the match. Fale knocks Rowe out of the ring and then brings Hanson out of the ring as well, another brawl breaks out between everybody as they fight on the arena floor. Fale throws Hanson into a bunch of chairs that the crowd was sitting on, Hanson gets back in the ring after catching Tama with an enzaguri. Roa tags in and he rips away at the beard of Hanson, Tama tags in and he double teams Hanson with Roa for a near fall. Tama then drops Hanson into the corner with a drop kick, Hanson crushesa charging Tama with his behind before tagging Rowe into the match.

Rowe backs Fale into the corner with a drop kick, Rowe then slams Tama before nailing him with a running knee strike. War Machine and Finlay hit Fale with some triple team moves to get a near fall, War Machine and Finlay try finishing off Fale until Roa and Tama interfere. Finlay then hits Fale with a running European uppercut, Fale catches a leaping Finlay with the Grenade for a three count.

Winners: Bullet Club (Bad Luck Fale, Tama Tonga & Tonga Roa)

Chaos (Kazuchika Okada & Gedo) vs. Bullet Club (Kenny Omega & Yujiro Takahashi)

The match begins with Takahashi jumping Okada from behind as Omega was distracting him, Okada catches a charging Takahashi with a boot to the face before nailing him with a drop kick. Gedo tags in and he drops Takahashi so Okada can nail him with a slingshot swanton bomb, Takahashi fights back and Gedo simply bites his hand. Omega tags in and he catches Gedo with a top rope axe handle drop, Omega and Takahashi then attack Gedo with some double team moves at Takahashi gets the tag. Takahashi then hits Gedo with a running leg drop for a near fall, Takahashi picks up Gedo and he crushes him with forearm strikes. Gedo eventually drops Takahashi with a flat liner and that leads to Okada and Omega tagging in, Okada drops Omega with a few running elbow strikes.

Okada trips up Omega and he locks him in a modified STF until Takahashi interferes, Okada goes to the top rope and quickly leaps off as Omega nails him with chops. Omega then drops a charging Okada with a hurricarana and Takahashi tags in, Takahashi and mega then hit Okada with a series of double team moves. Takahashi drops Okada with a brain buster for a near fall, Takahashi goes for Pimp Juice and Okada catches him with a modified back breaker. Gedo tags in and he catches Takahashi with a plethora of jabs, Gedo looks for a super kick and Takahashi nails him with a drop kick for a near fall. Okada interferes and he kicks Takahashi in the face, Omega hits the ring and Okada hits him with a drop kick. Okada then hits Takahashi with a flapjack and Gedo follows up with a super kick for a near fall.

Takahashi recovers and he drops Gedo with a lariat followed by Pimp Juice for the three count.

Winners: Bullet Club (Kenny Omega & Yujiro Takahashi)

BOTSJ Block A Match: Jushin “Thunder” Liger vs. Taichi

The match begins with Taichi attacking Liger with the microphone stand, other members of Suzuki-Gun hit the ring and attack Liger as well. Taichi grabs the microphone and he taunts a downed Liger, Taichi gets rid of the microphone and stomps away on Liger. Kanemaru and Desparado attack Liger when he is tossed out of the ring, Taichi then grabs Liger and he tosses him into the ring post. Taichi tosses Liger back into the ring and he simply chokes him, Liger recovers and catches a charging Taichi with a tilt-a-whirl back breaker. Taichi rolls out of the ring as Desparado trips up Liger, Taichi again tosses Liger into the ring post before choking him with a cable wire at ringside.

Taichi brings Liger into the crowd and he tosses him into a bunch of chairs, Taichi grabs Liger again and he smashes his face onto a table at ringside. Liger gets back into the ring and Taichi attacks him with the ring bell hammer as the referee is distracted, Taichi places Liger on the top rope while trying to remove his mask. Taichi gets Liger off the ropes so he can get a pin attempt on him, Liger recovers and he drops Taichi with a suplex. Liger misses a charge into the corner and Taichi nails him with a series of kicks, Taichi then cracks Liger with a super kick for a near fall. Liger recovers to hit Taichi with a back body drop followed by a running palm strike, Liger then takes out the ref by accident with a palm strike.

Desparado and Kanemaru hit the ring and lay a beating upon Liger, Taichi again tries to rip the mask off the face of Liger. A second referee hits the ring and Taichi throws Liger right into him, Taichi gets a pair of scissors so he can cut the mask off of Liger. Taichi winds up cutting some of Liger’s hair and his ring gear, Taguchi and Kushida hit the ring to take out Kanemaru and Desparado. Liger then hits Taichi with a rolling kick as he was holding a chair, Liger then hits Taichi with a palm strike and a Liger Bomb. Liger follows that up with a brain buster on Taichi for the three count.

Winner: Jushin “Thunder” Liger

BOTSJ Block A Match: Dragon Lee vs. Taka Michinoku

The match begins with Michinoku poking Lee in the eyes during a handshake, Michinoku then knocks Lee out of the ring and he drags him into the crowd. Michinoku then locks Lee in a cross face on the arena floor, Michinoku returns to the ring and he locks Lee in another cross face as he returns to the ring. Lee eventually makes it to the ropes to break the submission attempt, Michinoku then tries ripping the mask off of the face of Lee. Michinoku traps Lee in the corner and he just chokes him with his foot, Lee recovers and he knocks Michinoku out of the ring with a hurricarana. Lee tosses Michinoku back into the ring and Michinoku kicks him low as he gets back in the ring, Michinoku rolls out of the ring and Lee nails him with a suicide dive.

Michinoku is tossed back into the ring and Lee assaults him with a ton of strikes, Lee then catches Michinoku with a running drop kick for a near fall. Michinoku and Lee have a striking exchange in the middle of the ring, Michinoku stops things by poking Lee in the eyes. Lee catches Michinoku with a roll up for a near fall after a knee strike exchange, Lee then locks Michinoku in a cross face of his own. Lee transitions that into the Rings Of Saturn for a short time, Lee decides to stomp away on Michinoku before placing him on the top rope. Lee misses a double stomp and still catches Michinoku with a drop kick, Lee then catches Michinoku with a release German suplex. Michinoku recovers to drop Lee with a super kick and a roll up for some near falls, Lee recovers to hit Michinoku with a drop kick into a bridging back suplex for another near fall.

Michinoku gets up to hit Lee with a super kick followed by a Michinoku Driver for the three count.

Winner: Taka Michinoku

BOTSJ Block A Match: Ricochet vs. Marty Scurll

The match begins with Scurll jumping Ricochet during the introductions, Ricochet fights back and he eventually catches Scurll with a forward rolling drop kick. Scurll rolls out of the ring and Ricochet catches him with a few suicide dives, Ricochet throws Scurll back into the ring. Ricochet goes for a springboard move and Scurll catches him in the chicken wing, Scurll sets up for a pile driver and Ricochet rolls him up for a near fall. Ricochet does a hand stand and Scurll nails him with a super kick for another near fall, Scurll knocks Ricochet out of the ring before nailing him with a super kick from the ring apron. Scurll pretends to toss Ricochet into the crowd before just tossing him into the ring, Scurll then starts working over the arm of Ricochet.

Scurll then takes Ricochet and he applies the surfboard submission to him, Scurll releases the hold to kick away at the hurt arm of Ricochet. Scurll and Ricochet exchange chops until Scurll decides to rip away at his face, Scurll traps Ricochet in the corner before nailing him with running chops. Ricochet eventually sends a charging Scurll into the corner before hitting him with a 619, Ricochet then hits Scurll with a springboard clothesline. Ricochet drapes Scurll across the ropes before catching him with a neck breaker and a running shooting star press for a near fall, Scurll recovers and nails Ricochet in the legs with a super kick. Ricochet then hits a charging Scurll with a knee strike before eating a lariat, Scurll then hits Ricochet with a muscle buster for a near fall.

Scurll taunts Ricochet and Ricochet winds up nailing him with knee strikes into a spin kick, Ricochet sets up for something and Scurll goes for the chicken wing. Ricochet counters by catching Scurll with a brain buster for a near fall, Ricochet goes to the top rope and Scurll gets his knees up on a shooting star press attempt. Scurll catches Ricochet with a few roll ups for some near falls, Scurll then hits Ricochet with a pile driver for a near fall. Scurll gets angry and he cracks the fingers of Ricochet, Ricochet blocks a super kick to hit Scurll with one of his own. Scurll catches Ricochet in a chicken wing from out of nowhere and Ricochet counters to break free, Ricochet goes for a rll up and Scurll counters into the chicken wing again and Ricochet taps out.

Winner: Marty Scurll

BOTSJ Block A Match: Will Ospreay vs. Hiromu Takahashi

The match begins with Takahashi and Ospreay having a striking exchange in the middle of the ring, Ospreay knocks Takahashi out of the ring with a pair of boots to the face. Ospreay then catches Takahashi with a suicide dive, the two battle on the arena floor until Ospreay nails Takahashi with a ton of forearm strikes and seats him on some chairs. Ospreay then catches a seated Takahashi with a running knee strike, Ospreay tosses Takahashi into the ring and Takahashi rolls out. Ospreay goes to the ring apron and Takahashi catches him with a sunset flip power bomb to the arena floor. Ospreay gets into the ring and Takahashi nails him with a running drop kick followed by a back suplex, Takahashi picks up Ospreay and he nails him with a few chops.

Takahashi traps Ospreay in the ropes before kicking the middle rope into his throat, Takahashi starts focusing his attack on the knee of Ospreay. Takahashi drags Ospreay to the corner before smashing his knee into the ring post, Takahashi continues focusing his attack on the injured knee of Ospreay. Ospreay tries fighting back and Takahashi nails him with a dragon screw leg whip, Takahashi then locks Ospreay in the figure 4 leg lock. Ospreay eventually makes it to the ropes to break the submission attempt, Ospreay eats a few more strikes before he catches Takahashi with a handspring enzaguri. Ospreay then nails Takahashi with a kick to the face followed by a running European uppercut, Ospreay then catches a downed Takahashi with a running drop kick for a near fall.

Ospreay follows that up by attacking a downed Takahashi with a series of kicks, Takahashi fights back and Ospreay nails him with a crucifix bomb and a phoenix splash for near falls. Takahashi and Ospreay have another striking exchange in the middle of the ring, Takahashi catches a charging Ospreay with a pop up power bomb and a falcon arrow for another near fall. Ospreay goes to the top rope and Takahashi takes him off with a victory roll for a near fall, Takahashi goes to the top rope and Ospreay traps him before nailing him with a super kick for a near fall. Ospreay then goes for a springboard move and Takahashi nails him with a pair of German suplexes for another near fall, Ospreay rolls to the ring apron and Takahashi follows him.

Takahashi and Ospreay have another striking exchange on the ring apron, Takahashi goes for another sunset flip power bomb and Ospreay nails him with a soccer kick to the face. Ospreay then hits Takahashi with a shooting star press on the arena floor, Ospreay tosses Takahashi back into the ring and he goes for another phoenix splash. Takahashi gets his knees up and he rolls Ospreay up for a near fall, Ospreay then hits Takahashi with a destroyer and an inverted 450 splash for a near fall. Ospreay catches Takahashi with an Oscutter for the three count.
