Asuka Wins Women’s Elimination Chamber, Set To Face Bianca Belair At WrestleMania 39
Asuka is going to WrestleMania.
Asuka earned her shot at Bianca Belair and the Raw Women’s Championship at WrestleMania 39 by winning the women’s Elimination Chamber match at WWE Elimination Chamber.
Asuka got past Raquel Rodriguez, Liv Morgan, Nikki Cross, Carmella, and Natalya inside the chamber. The finish saw Asuka tap out Carmella with an armlock.
Liv and Natalya started the bout. Raquel was the first woman out of the chamber followed by Nikki, Carmella, and finally Asuka.
Before Asuka entered, Raquel eliminated Nikki after putting her through the pod. Once Asuka entered, she helped eliminate Liv, performing a sharpshooter-armlock double submission on Liv, who passed out. Carmella eliminated Natalya with a superkick. Asuka and Carmella both pinned Raquel after a series from strikes and kicks from both women.
