Report: The Bunny Set To Undergo Medical Testing Due To Concern About Potential Injury

The Bunny is reportedly scheduled to get medically tested following her match on the February 8 episode of AEW Dynamite.

The Bunny is reportedly scheduled to get medically tested following her match on the February 8 episode of AEW Dynamite.

On Wednesday night, The Bunny faced AEW Women’s World Champion Jamie Hayter in an eliminator match. Hayter scored the win, and the match apparently came to a premature conclusion. The Bunny seemed somewhat wobbly after Hayter slammed her head onto the ring apron. Hayter then pinned her with the Hayter-ade to clinch the victory.

PWInsider reports that the match ended prematurely due to some concern that The Bunny was hurt. According to the report, the backstage belief is that The Bunny might have suffered a concussion or a broken orbital bone, but that has not been confirmed. The Bunny is set to undergo medical testing in order to officially diagnose any potential injury.

The Bunny has dealt with injuries at different points; she missed several months of ring time in 2022.

Fightful wishes The Bunny well and will provide more information as it becomes available.
