Samoa Joe Retains TNT Championship On 12/28 AEW Dynamite, Cuts Off Wardlow’s Man Bun
And still.
Wardlow was not able to avenge his loss from AEW Full Gear, as ‘Mr. Mayhem’ fell in defeat to Samoa Joe in a TNT Championship match on the December 28 edition of AEW Dynamite. After a lengthy match, Joe was able to take down Wardlow after making him pass out with the Coquina Clutch.
After the match, Joe found a pair of scissors under the ring and cut off Wardlow’s man bun. Joe’s assault on Wardlow was cut short after Darby Allin made a surprise return and chased him out of the ring.
The disrespect by TNT Champion @SamoaJoe is met by a surprise attack by former TNT Champion @DarbyAllin!

Joe originally won the belt back at Full Gear in November after he submitted Powerhouse Hobbs in a three way match that included Wardlow. Throughout his 40 day reign with the title thus far, Joe defended against the likes of AR Fox and Darby Allin.
Samoa Joe also currently holds the ROH World Television Championship, which is a belt he won back in April.
