Ethan Page vs. Bryan Danielson
MJF is shown in a skybox watching this match. Danielson and Ethan go back-and-forth. Bryan gets out of the Ego’s Edge and hit a running knee. Ethan makes his way to the ropes while trapped in the LeBell Lock. Eventually, Danielson gets the win with the Regal Stretch as Ethan passes out.
Winner: Bryan Danielson by referee stoppage.
– Samoa Joe attacks Wardlow backstage, injuring his knee with a pipe.
– Renee Paquette asks for an update on the condition of Hangman Page. Hangman snaps at her, presumably because of who her husband is. The trainer then says that it’s possible Page will be cleared in two weeks time. However, he has to stop inciting physical altercations.
Jon Moxley & Claudio Castagnoli vs. Top Flight (Dante Martin & Darius Martin)
Throughout the bulk of the match, Jon Moxley was dealing with a knee problem. Dante and Darius Martin did their best to try and double team Claudio Castagnoli and Dante was even able to kick out of the Neutralizer. In the end, Claudio was able to take out Darius with the hammer and elbows and eventually pin him after a brutal uppercut.
Winners: Jon Moxley & Claudio Castagnoli by pinfall.
– Backstage, Trent Berreta agrees to face Orange Cassidy for the All-Atlantic Championship on Rampage this Friday.
HOOK vs. Baylum Lynx
Absolute domination from HOOK who eventually wins with the Redrum.
Winner: HOOK by submission.
– After the match, Lee Moriarty and Bigg Bill attack HOOK but Jack Perry makes the save.
– Chris Jericho promises to school Ricky Starks next week and tells Action Andretti to stay away from AEW.
– Renee Paquette interviews Swerve Strickland who says that everyone will find out more about the mystery man of the group on Rampage. Speaking of Rampage, Wheeler Yuta challenges Strickland to a match for Friday.
Best Of Seven Series: Match Six (Falls Count Anywhere): Death Triangle (PAC, Rey Fenix & Penta El Zero Miedo) vs. The Elite (Kenny Omega & The Young Bucks)
This match starts without proper entrances as everybody begins brawling. There is a lot of weapon usage. Death Triangle hits a triple dropkick to Kenny while he is wearing a metal trash can. Kenny Omega hits a V-Trigger on PAC while he is wearing the same trash can. Eventually, PAC gets Matt Jackson in The Brutalizer, but on the stage, Kenny Omega hits a One-Winged Angel on Rey Fenix off the stage through a table.
Winners: The Elite (Kenny Omega & The Young Bucks) (3-3) by pinfall.
– The Acclaimed drops a funny diss track on Jeff Jarett and Jay Lethal.
Tay Melo & Anna Jay A.S. vs. Ruby Soho & Willow Nightingale
Both teams feeling each other out at the start of the match eventually, Ruby Soho takes over and hits the No Future on Tay Melo but it’s not enough for the victory. Eventually, Nightingale and Anna Jay brawl around at ringside. Anna takes out a steel chair, but Aubrey Edwards stops her from using it. The distraction allows for Tay Melo to kick a chair and Ruby Soho’s face and deliver the Tay-KO for the win
Winners: Tay Melo & Anna Jay A.S. by pinfall
– The Gunns say they will address defeating FTR on next week’s episode.
– Ricky Starks vows to get revenge on Chris Jericho on behalf of Action Andretti.
TNT Championship: Samoa Joe (c) vs. Wardlow
Wardlow tries to power through throughout the entirety of the match but his leg continues to bother him because of the earlier attack. eventually, Wardlow is unable to hit the Power Bomb and Samoa Joe locks in the rear naked choke for the victory.
Winner and still champion: Samoa Joe by referee stoppage.
– After the match, Samoa Joe cuts Wardlow’s man bun and Darby Allin comes out to confront him, attacking him with the skateboard to end the show.
