– Andre Chase found Duke Hudson shaking hands with Drew Gulak. Chase asked him if he was entering the transfer portal, but Hudson assured him that he still has plenty to learn at Chase U. Later in the show, Hudson faced Damon Kemp. Gulak came to ringside, and Chase told him that Hudson is with Chase U. In the end, Hudson defeated Kemp.

– Roxanne Perez was in the ring to kick off NXT, but Grayson Waller interrupted his fellow Iron Survivor Challenge winner. She told him to shut up before she noted that she won the match from the first spot. Waller said the win was the biggest victory of her career, as she’ll never beat Mandy Rose. NXT Champion Bron Breakker crashed the party and praised Perez’s win. He called her the future NXT Women’s Champion. Waller vowed to outsmart Breakker and beat him for the title. Breakker ran into the crowd and chased Waller away. NXT Women’s Champion Mandy Rose attacked Perez from behind. Rose got back to her feet and challenged Rose to a match later tonight. In the main event, Roxanne Perez defeated Mandy Rose to win the NXT Women’s Championship.

– NXT Women’s Tag Team Champions Kayden Carter and Katana Chance came to the ring for a match between Toxic Attraction (Gigi Dolin & Jacy Jayne) and Ivy Nile & Tatum Paxley. The champions brawled with both teams, and the match ended with chaos. Later on, the fight continued backstage.

– Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo attacked NXT North American Champion Wes Lee, leading to a match. Lee beat “Stacls”, but when Dijak distracted the champion after the bell, Tony D’Angelo blindsided Lee.

– Odyssey Jones battled Von Wagner. Mr. Stone tried to interfere, but it backfired, and Malik Blade helped Jones score the win.

– The Creed Brothers confronted JD McDonagh in the trainer’s room, and Julius noted that he still isn’t cleared. Brutus Creed challenged McDonagh to a match. When they clashed, a distraction from Sanga helped McDonagh pick up the win. Sanga stopped McDonagh from using a chair, but he still put Brutus down for the count.

– Wendy Choo discussed her feud with Cora Jade and noted that she used to have friends just like Cora. She recalled that someone threw a drink at her when she was younger, and Jade took her back to that bad place. Choo made it clear that she never wants to feel like that again.
– The New Day (Kofi Kingston & Xavier Woods) celebrated their NXT Tag Team Championship victory. Woods pointed out that Kingston is now the first singles and tag team Triple Crown Champion, and he holds the record for the most tag title reigns in WWE history. Woods looked back on having the first NXT match ever and stated that he always wanted hold some gold in NXT. Pretty Deadly (Elton Prince & Kit Wilson) interrupted claimed that New Day ruined their Christmas. They asked for their rightful rematch, and the New Day accepted. They told the former champions they’d get a rematch if they recited the Pledge of Allegiance. Holding an American flag, Josh Briggs and Brooks Jensen came to the ring and did what the champions asked. In doing so, they seemingly earned a shot at the titles.

– Javier Bernal faced Ikemen Jiro. “Big Body Javi” took the fight to Jiro, but the former Jacket Time member still picked up the victory. Scrypts attacked Jiro after the match and mockingly put on his jacket.

– Fallon Henley was a bit disheartened, but Josh Briggs and Brooks Jensen were confident that their collective luck would turn around.
– Backstage, Carmelo Hayes and Trick Williams discussed Hayes’ loss at NXT Deadline. The former NXT North American Champion said he’s still “him”. Williams noted that Hayes got posterized by Axiom. Hayes vowed to delete Axiom.
– Kiana James approached Brooks Jensen backstage. He noted that he was worried about Fallon Henley, and James responded by giving him a Christmas gift in the form of a fancy suit. She told him to focus on winning the gold.
– Zoey Stark sent a heated message to Nikkita Lyons and called her a waste of roster space.
– Isla Dawn vowed to rise, and she promised that the darkness of night will consume Alba Fyre.
– Backstage, Axiom discussed his upcoming match with Carmelo Hayes and said he’s not afraid of anyone.
– Elektra Lopez stated that Indi Hartwell can’t win big matches. Hartwell then attacked her, and other Superstars had to pull them apart.
– WWE shared a clip of Shawn Michaels congratulating Perez after her victory.
