Taped Episode Of Raw Does Worst Ratings Of 2017
The three hours of Monday's episode of Raw drew the lowest average viewership of the year, but still performed in the top ten.
According to ShowBuzzDaily.com, Raw averaged 2.696 million viewers over three hours.The first hour had 2.827 million viewers, that hour featured an opening segment with Dean Ambrose and The Miz then a match between Finn Balor and The Miz. The second hour had a small increase in viewership to 2.845 million. The second hour featured the women's champion Alexa Bliss and Braun Strowman. Then within the third hour, a big drop off to 2.417 million occurred. The main event was Ambrose versus Bray Wyatt. Even with the third hour dropping the average ratings, all three hours ended up in the top ten for Monday night's programming.
All three hours of Raw were beaten out in overall rating by the NBA Playoffs, Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta, and Street Outlaws. All three hours beat the NHL Stanley Cup Semi-Finals and Better Call Saul, both aired during Raw.
Within the eighteen to forty-nine year old demographic, all three hours of Raw also performed in the top ten. Within the males who are eighteen to forty-nine years old demographic, Raw was only beat by the NBA, NHL and Street Outlaws. Even though Raw experienced a year-low in ratings, all three hours of Raw performed above average in all demographics on the report.
